The Polar RCX5 heart rate monitor is created for endurance multisport athletes who need one-watch solution. The watch features sport profiles for easy switching among disciplines and monitoring the performance. Waterproof up to 30m, it can be successfully used underwater without risk of damage. The Wearlink+ Hybrid transmitter gives accurate heart rate measurements both in and out of water thanks to communicating with the wrist unit in two frequencies. The heart rate monitor helps the user train at the right intensity and avoid over- or undertraining. The data can be transferred to the computer by the DataLink transmitter (included). There is also an option of storing and analysing the data online and downloading new endurance training programmes.
